2026 Purchase and Collection of Textbooks and Uniforms

The vendor for textbooks and uniform is Asencio Pte Ltd.  To manage the high volume of year-end sales transactions for the vendor who supplies to several schools, different sales period is allocated to each cohort.  You can choose between:

1.        Online purchase or

2.        Direct purchase at school bookshop

1. Online Purchase

• Visit https://asenciobookshop.sg to register for an account and make your purchase.

• Order Deadlines:

• You can choose between Home Delivery (with delivery charges) or Self-Collection at the school bookshop.

• Delivery Charges is applicable on each order:

$11.99 for purchases of textbooks and uniforms

$6.54 for purchases of uniforms only

• Due to high delivery volume during festive season, home delivery service may take up to 14 days for your items to be delivered.   

• Self-collection Date and Time can be selected during checkout.

• Payment Modes: Debit/Credit Cards or PayNow.

2. Direct Purchase at School Bookshop

The operating hours are from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm on the dates shown below.  To prevent overcrowding and to ensure that there is sufficient stock for the books you are purchasing for your cohort, please make your purchase on the dates shown below.

• Payment Modes: Cash, PayNow, NTUC Care Fund, or CDAC e-Vouchers.

3. Exchange of Item

• Please produce invoice for online orders or booklist (OFFICIAL RECEIPT) for any exchange within 7 calendar days.

• Exchange Items must be in original condition.

• Items must be exchanged for same or higher value.

• Books with folded edges or name written on it will not be accepted.
