Our CCA Experience

"Being in Red Cross Youth has given me meaningful opportunities to serve and grow. I’ve taken part in community service projects, first aid duties, and was even part of NDP 2024 — an experience that strengthened my discipline and teamwork. What I love about Red Cross is that it gives me purpose. It’s not just about fulfilling CIP hours, but about truly making a difference, even in small ways. Through RCY, I’ve been able to develop my leadership, empathy, and resilience while doing something I genuinely enjoy — helping others." (Annabel Chong Rui, 4T1 2024)

"Red Cross has helped me understand what it truly means to be a leader and a cadet. Through this CCA, I’ve gained valuable knowledge about Red Cross and its core values. Together with my batchmates, we faced challenges and grew stronger as a team. From events like the First Aid Competition (FAC) to the National Day Parade (NDP), we sharpened our skills in areas such as bandaging, foot drills, and teamwork. More importantly, we learned to support and uplift one another, especially during times of need."
(Ting Jun Jie, 4E1 2024)
